Delivery timelines are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, remote locations, customs clearance (for international orders), or other unforeseen circumstances.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed during our normal business hours:

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 BUSINESS DAYS

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 BUSINESS DAYS

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS

International Shipping (If Available)

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 BUSINESS DAYS

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49

  • Express Shipping: ₹149 (where available)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹49 handling fee
  • Express Shipping: ₹149 (where available)
  • Free Shipping on : Orders above ₹999

International Shipping

  • International shipping charges vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Additional customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges imposed by your country may be the responsibility of the customer.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

the package may be returned to us.
